The room was amazing the...
Liked: Everything!! so quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice. I spoke as I was walking in and she never spoke to me. When I handed her my I’d she acted like my hand was going to infect her I continued to smile and act like it didn’t bother me

Liked: Great room layout with plenty of space for us. Excellent customer service - very caring and professional staff.
Disliked: Not a single complaint - oh. just one. There was not a sign for the Comfort Suites out front so it was a bit easy to pass.

Liked: Staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Big spacious rooms.

You may get charged for...
Liked: The stay at Comfort was fine. It was clean and the staff and other workers were fine. It met all expectations, BUT the OWNER charged us for damage to a mattress that was not our fault. We were told after departing/arriving home that there was damage to one of the mattresses in the form of a stain. When sent the text pictures from the staff's cleaning of the room, it was easy to see the stain was probably a decade old. I contacted the owner by email. I was told they would not give a phone contact. In cowardly fashion, she never responded to my email. I was charged $300 for a stain that was obviously not caused by us. I will never stay here again due to this. Annie is a coward and a poor business owner. I will let other visiting Aggies and the College Station BBB know about her practices.

You may get charged for something you didn't do just to refurbish this hotel.
