Liked: The only person (Calvin) that checked me in was very nice. That was the only good thing about the stay
Disliked: The staff were racist I got locked out of my room the entire stay had to keep going to get new room keys . The house keeper opened my door it was not time to check out I then asked what are you doing and she just kept smiling didn’t say anything so I followed her to the front desk an the guy told me someone checked me out already it was very unprofessional they also took a hundred dollars for a deposit I was never told that before I booked the room I got charged for the room while I was at work the day I checked out the same housekeeper that couldn’t speak English who had opened my door lied and said we were smoking in the room I am on the cameras in the rain outside smoking my cigarette so I told the guy to watch the cameras he really didn’t want to give me my deposit back so he made an issue lied on me and wouldn’t let me speak I will never go back there I told a lot of people they were very unprofessional I later made it back home and they’re still tryna take more money off my card honestly I’m thinking about talking to a lawyer because why did I find out they did a couple other people like that and they only have two stars I tried to call the owner no response I left my name and number still haven’t heard back but they’re steady tryna take money out my account

Liked: The hotel in general was really nice! Great location for what we wanted and some really nice breakfast in the mornings.
Disliked: The only complaint I have was when we went to pack to leave my husband found women’s underwear under the bed when gather out clothes, as well as a bag with tooth paste, tooth brush and other hygiene products.
