If you offer frozen pizza in lobby, you should offer a toaster oven to cook it in. The microwave is not a good idea. Shower needed bleach; there was mold growing in Rm 224.

Liked: Overall for the most part it was okay
Disliked: Unfortunately, I only had a couple of concerns. When arriving and after payment I was informed that my room was ready and that I could up to my room. I was given the key and when making it to the room and when opening the door I saw that it was not ready at all. The bed wasn't made and the comforter (blankets) were still balled up on top of the bed, while there was trash that wasn't thrown out, bathroom unclean etc. I let the house keeper know (that was cleaning on the hall) that it wasn't ready, she was saying that it was as first. But I showed her and another young lady that was a housekeeper and then she went in there to try and fix it. I was a little disturbed (after her being in there for a good bit of time as I checked on the progress of the room) that she was putting the same blankets that were balled up on the bed back on the bed, so in other words they wouldn't have been cleaned for my stay either way. I informed the other house keeper upon her return of her going to get extra help and she was a little frustrated also. Some moments later, and after waiting for the room that wasn't ready, still standing there with my luggage, a gentleman came up and wanted to give me another room. He took me a few doors down and wanted me to see if I would like it in that room instead. I honestly was ready to settle in by that time as I was dealing with a few things in my body upon my arrival, along with other things, so I just told him this will be fine at the moment.But I personally believe that it probably should have been previously checked out before my arrival and also I believe (if there was any possible
