Rude staff! Hot Tub not...

Liked: It was close to the zoo.
Disliked: The hot tub was colder than the pool! Staff had the pool side door propped open and was drinking alcohol on the patio area! At breakfast people were making their plates a staff member came and started throwing food away, shut off the waffle maker while a young girl was making her waffle, also turned off the juice machine! We left the breakfast area mind you this was at 8:45 am went back up to our room and our room keys had been deactivated check out isn’t till 11am when I went down to ask to get back into our rooms the lady was very rude!! We will not be staying at any more of there properties!!

Wouldn't stay there again

Liked: Location conveniently close to Omaha Rates relatively inexpensive compared to Omaha
Disliked: The breakfast was not very good..The eggs were tasteless, and sausages barely warm.Coffee was terrible..Prepackaged muffins , bananas and yogurts were healthy alternatives Who ever did the cosmetic paint job on the rooms did a poor job..The fire extinguisher heads were still covered with masking tape..I'm sure this is a fire code violation Handicap bathroom shower stall was extremely slippery.
