We felt very welcome and safe. It was very convenient being close to the city and being able to park and ride inexpensively by cab !!! Parking in Newark is nuts !

Liked: Awesome clientele. They were very helpful. Allowed us to check in early and leave car parked (for free) while we attended the XFACTOR auditions !!!
Disliked: The only downside would be surrounding area but, hey it's the city !!!

Glad to leave

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Walls are thin. I could hear the tv and conversations from the room next door. Same with the ceiling. I could hear people walking and probably kids jumping and running. Service only changed towels. Didn’t clean it during the stay.

I need my money back...

Liked: I need my refund back.
Disliked: Poor service my car was towed despite the fact I registered my plate no and was asked to pay $425 to get my car as a single mum of 4 who saved money to take her kids on a vacation.
