Very unhappy.

Liked: The breakfast
Disliked: We went there for my daughters 10th birthday to go swimming and nobody notified us that the swimming pool was closed until we got the elevator to go up to our room and seen a note even though I told the person that checked us in we were so excited to go swimming.

Room too smelly of mildew...

Liked: Good location, nice pool, good breakfast.
Disliked: Room stunk like mildew (right above pool), so stopper for soaking tub as reserved.

Liked: The pool and the staff are pretty great. Infact the pool is the main reason we go to this hotel. With a three story water slide.
Disliked: Room was not super clean, the laundry was out of order, the exercise room is being remodeled, and the breakfast is ok except the pancake machine works maybe half the time.

Exceptional

Liked: I loved the location of this hotel. It was the perfect spot for a spring break getaway with my two five year olds. The pool was clean and a great way for the kids to burn some energy. Breakfast was great and worth visiting.
Disliked: manager charged my card for a second time and it was a bit of an ordeal to get it fixed. Second I asked for a room with a king sized bed and pull out couch. The couch came with bedding but no pillows. Hotel didnt carry extra.
