Comfort Suites Hummelstown - Hershey

Our room was very clean; bed was comfortable; the price was great; staff was very friendly, especially the lady at the breakfast bar who was very sweet. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Excellent hotel - will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: No negative comments.

The room was great, but some of the service was less than pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel.

You Get What You Pay...

Liked: This hotel was a good value for my trip. Its location to Hersey Park is only 15-20 minutes. Its location is also convenient to many retailers like Wal-Mart.
Disliked: We have stayed here multiple times and it seems to me the facilities cleanliness has declined. The walls on the floor I was assigned have scraps and torn wallpaper. The breakfast staff could not keep up with the stocking of items on the buffet over the weekend when I ate my breakfast. The pillows need to be replaced and new mattresses should be considered.

Was ok, wouldn't stay here...

Liked: I liked the amount of space in the room. The couch was comfy. The temperature was good. Close proximity many places to eat and shop. The price was pretty reasonable.
Disliked: The shower curtain had mold on it in various spots (took photos as I'm massively allergic so showering at this facility was not an option for me. Exposure causes a hive reaction. After discovering that, I ran my finger along the shower wall and a thick white powdery residue came up on my fingers(took video) toliet was clean. We did not ask to change rooms as we traveled many hours to grt there and we're too tired to make the request, but if this came up again I would ask for a new shower curtain. Atleast.
