Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Liked: The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The property was under remodel and construction when we arrived. I would liked to have been advised of this information prior to my arrival.

Do not stay Remodeling

Liked: The location was convenient to where my son was playing his 7v7 game.
Disliked: When we pulled up to check in it look like the hotel was not open for business. The windows had plastic over all of them and there was construction materials in the back. When we walked in the check-in and the area where they were supposed to have, the breakfast was blocked off with trash bags like they were doing remodeling I was not aware of this when I booked it. There was buckets in the hallway by the elevators. The pool area was closed and the laundry area was closed as well. The continental breakfast is not the best only muffins breakfast sandwiches that you had to warm up in your own microwave and coffee no juice or anything for the kids. We asked for an extra blanket for the pullout bed, and they would not give us one. Also, icemaker was not working and they told us to go around the corner to get ice from the convenience store.

Pleasant

Liked: Clean room, location is great if you want to shop
Disliked: The fact I bought $40 worth of groceries for my son and the refrigerator not microwave worked

Liked: The front desk attendant offered complimentary bottled water. Light breakfast items were complimentary in the mornings. The hotel is close to the interstate and conveniently located to shops, eatery’s, the hospital, and a grocery store. The staff were all nice.
Disliked: The hotel is being renovated but the website does not mention it. The ice machines are all out of order, and there are no vending machines to purchase snacks. Our room curtains were ripped, and there are patched water spots on the ceiling. Our bed linens were never changed.

Disappointing

Liked: The Room was Clean they had to switch me out into another room the refrigerator didn't work or the heater did not work.
Disliked: What I did not like they had construction going on it was dust everywhere the ice machine did not work due to construction and I think I should have gotten a free night for that it was loud up until 7:00 p.m. very loud from the construction in the front desk tells me to go get some ice over to the waffle House I did not like that

Bad

Liked: Didn't stay was under construction and I felt it was not safe. Was not aware that it was under construction util I arrived. Very disappointed was there for a funeral.
