Disliked: Nice to have a handicap suite but almost fell on my face getting out of the shower, there is a height difference between tub & floorNot good for someone more mobility challenged

Liked: The room was spacious, lobby was very clean and classy
Disliked: The pool didn't have a hot tub available and the couch in the room had a big white tooth past looking stain on it, the door was really heavy and had a spy crack all the way from top to the bottom where you could easily use any card to pick and unlock the door or just look through it, I found the door open a few times when returning to the room so I didn't feel to secure leaving our valuables. Other than that very classy place. .

Liked: Front desk attendant in the morning was nice.
Disliked: When checking in we realized the hot tub was not functioning and asked if we could cancel our reservations as that was the only reason we booked our stay earlier that day at that location. There were other much nicer hotels for the same price which was over $200. We were told there was no way to cancel the reservation and that there was no manager or anyone else who we could talk to. Then they ran out of pillows so we only had 4 pillows for four people for the night. I could see staying here as a budget stay (around $100), but for over $200 a night it was unacceptable. The window curtains were torn to pieces as well. The coffee was not drip but a machine kind which was also disappointing.
