Bad

Liked: Never checked in. Customer service at the counter, told us not to check in and he would cancel our reservation without penalty and reimburse our expense. The AC was broken in the building. He was doing his job. However, our money has yet to be refunded..

Disliked: The air conditioner was broken The elevator was brokenThe pool is closed to early The pool was not open early enough The breakfast sucked Housekeeping was knocking on my door before I could check outNever again will I stay at this location

We would not recommend it...

Liked: Breakfast was ok
Disliked: The air conditioner did not work at all. The elevator broke down and was not fixed as earlier as possible. We requested room service, never provided. Some staff members were ok. The facility overall was clean and well located. Whoever is managing the facility need some serious investment into air conditioning system and elevator.

Would have been a perfect...

Liked: It was a great location off of i95, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was calm and cleanly
Disliked: The air conditioning does not work - it was 80 in our room

Because it had an indoor...

Liked: Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: I couldn't adjust my air conditioner in the room.I had to go buy a fan to be cool
