Liked: Everyone was so nice . We was there because of a death in the family and everyone respected that and was so kind my mother in law passed on Friday the 12th and the staff was so kind

Liked: Staff was friendly, but unable to address any of the issues and no manager was on duty, and we've called several times and no one has returned our call
Disliked: The air conditioning in the room was not working, the staff only provided us with box fans, and moving hot air is still very hot air. Then the TV kept freezing and going all static all night and I'm the type of person who can't sleep without the TV. We spoke to the morning staff only to be told again that there was no manager on duty and basically sorry not sorry. We were told that a manager would contact us, and no one has. WE'v reached out a few times to no avail.

Wasn't cheap and wasn't that...

Liked: The indoor pool very convenient
Disliked: The dust on the appliances, the weird smell on the corner edge of the bed like somebody with bad hygiene set there with no clothes on. Cracks in the ceiling and water damage from when it rain

Disliked: Pillows were awful. Bed was uncomfortable.
