Great price but dirty and...

Liked: Nothing it was very dirty
Disliked: The room was very dirty and there were stains on sheets and on the walls there was also a used towel upon arrival into the room.

Disliked: Hotel room was dirty there was hair and dirtiness on the floor they don't clean the elevator was not working one day stains on the sofa the small breakfast was okay you get a waffle a bagel crappy eggs the comforter on the bed was ripped seems to always be people hanging in the front lobby the cart to take your stuff up was broke it smelled moldy Misty in the hotel room the location was okay you can walk to different places make up their deposit out already and then charged the full amount there was no no Vending in ice machine on the third floor it was used as storage you had to go to the second floor or downstairs in the first floor I gave it a one star because you cannot give it a zero or I would some of the lights didn't work and the kitchen area where you ate breakfast the lights were out also almost as if they don't keep up with the place

Disliked: The information book in my room stated that breakfast was until 10:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. It was stated in two places in the Comfort Suites Book on the dresser. I went for breakfast at 9:10 and it was closed..all food was gone and cleaned up except for coffee. The staff person said breakfast is until 9 every day. She pointed at a sign that was inside the breakfast room that had the Saturday and Sunday hours taped over. I told her then showed her the info in the book and asked if there was at least a muffin package left and she said sorry, no. I asked for the manager who was coming in at 10. I waited but no manager at 10:15 yet. They told me to go online and call the number…no answer. I asked for a refund to buy breakfast at McDonalds, but no manager was there to okay the request. I couldn’t keep waiting around. I had to leave to go to a graduation with no breakfast or resolutions. The room was nice, but they should have compensated me for the incorrect information that was in the info book. I won’t stay there again.

Liked: The location was great. Walking distance from vendors like five and below and restaurants.
Disliked: The room is not clean or tidy. The hotel seems to be old. The beds are not comfortable and the pull out bed didn’t come with sheets. When I asked for extra, they gave me a blanket with blood stains on it. It was horrible! Never will stay at this particular hotel again.
