I was expecting the room to be more updated. There were live ladybugs crawling on the ceiling near the window. The inside window seal was filled with dead bugs and when one of my kids was looking for a live bug to kill that disappeared off the window seal. They looked with their phone flash light under the air unit where they saw many more dead bugs. Then of course they felt uncomfortable to sleep when they seen all these bugs. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and breakfast was the worst we had yet. The gravy was like water and the sausage tasted like dried up hamburger patties. Was not pleased at all. Staff was friendly.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: There was an infestation of dead bugs on the inside window seal and under the air unit. A few living bugs as well. Shower pressure was not good at all. Breakfast was horrible. Gravy was like water. Sausage patty tastes like hamburger patties.

We had a great stay - we were down for a concert, but would stay there again if we decided to visit Charlotte again!

Liked: Good environment; nice staff.
Disliked: Toliet had some issues and the bathroom light. Nothing serious.

Liked: Location is close to ZMax Dragstrip
Disliked: Parking at Comfort Suites pitiful. No parking after 4 pm. There is a Texas Roadhouse across the street. The locals park in Comfort Suites and simply walk across the street to have dinner. I had to park a block away and walk back to the hotel. No AC inside of hotel, Spiders in the room.
