Liked: Location of hotel made my stay much better.
Disliked: The initial room we were assigned was not good. Water creep into other room from the shower. The hotel staff took immediate action and offered another room.Transition was very smooth.

Liked: The free ample parking is great. There are highways and restaurants making it easy to get around and have options.
Disliked: It doesn’t feel welcoming. Checking in was a complete turn off due to the very cold and unprofessional attitude of the front desk employee (June 22, 4pm) The hotel (and the room I had) was not as clean as it should be.

Liked: The breakfast was good. We had real eggs, grits, sausages, homemade waffles, toasted bread, cereal, yogurt, fresh juice, and fresh coffee, delicious cookies, and good lemon water. The staff was kind.
Disliked: The fan in the bathroom didn't work. So when we took a shower it fog up the bathroom badly and it was hard for the next person to take a shower.

Disliked: Staff was curt and made many errors. WiFi was terrible. Key card frequently didn't work for us and for other guests. Staff checked someone else into our room, so the person had a key and walked right into our room on the second day of our stay.

Overpriced for what you get.

Disliked: The room was not ready at 4:30 pm when check-in is at 4. We waited over an hour, then, when asked by the clerk about the room, she offered to put us in another comparable room. Why did she not do this initially? The pull-out sofa was dirty, and it looked like someone had been eating peanuts. The mattress on the pull-out sofa is THIN!The breakfast area is small and runs into the lobby. Food is poorly organized around the perimeter. The tables were not clean as well as the upholstery.The pool, well, it is very SMALL!
