Served the purpose of somewhere...

Liked: Was close to the underground & central location
Disliked: You get a bigger room and bathroom on a cruise ship, outdated could do with a little TLC

I will not recommend this...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: We were put in a dungeon like room, one very flat pillow each. The next morning we couldn’t use the elevator because they were sorting the dirty linen outside our room which we had to step over and it was piled in front on the elevator. Definitely no garden view and a very noisy room. The shower was so small and you had to pile towels up to avoid flooding the bathroom as the shower head points towards the door.

Liked: Good location and pleasant staff.
Disliked: Very old looking rooms, the shower was showing mould, the radiator was extremely hot and couldn't be regulated.

Liked: for a one night stay just to catch an early morning tube train to Heathrow, it met all my requirements exactly.
Disliked: perhaps a slightly larger room.
