Liked: Nice.

The hotel is clean but is in need of some repairs. The bathroom is very dated and had paint peeling. I do have to say it was thoroughly clean and spacious. Dogs are allowed which is why I booked this hotel. Bed was comfortable.
Liked: The grounds and rooms were very clean and it was affordable.
Disliked: We had a room right next to the back entrance. All night there was a lot of in and out, in and out, causing a lack of sleep.

Mediocre
Liked: Didn't eat breakfast
Disliked: Understand the property was under renovations but rooms need major upgrades. Eg no dishes or cutlery in room as it is sold as a suite etc. No sheets on the pull out couch.

very bad staff, very rude,...
Liked: Breakfast was good, morning staff was good
Disliked: Stained carpet, stained curtains, very rude front desk lady who checked us in on July 4th evening, she was very rude, didn't want to give me her name, didn't have name tag, and this hotel charges for parking which is unacceptable.

Liked: The breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The drapes had red marks on them, and one drape had a huge hole in it. When I told the front desk, they said they’re under renovation. But why wouldn’t a hotel remove such gross things from a room and quickly replace them, or just not rent that room to guests?
