Disliked: Hamburg patty laying in lobby on arrival still there at 230 am when I had to come get a plunger due to plugged toilet didn't even use but couldn't flush toilet waited for hour for someone to come plunge but no one came

Disliked: Someone tried to get into one of my rooms in the middle of the night......night staff was nice but wasn't happy with some stuff that was said ...dropping the F bomb many times...she has to be polite like a white person...I wasn't happy with that she just seemed misable..Stayed there other times and loved the staff and was treated well but not this time...also there was no microwave in room...

Liked: Whole place reeks of mold and found mold all over the place even in the breakfast area. My whole family is very sick now. Couldnt even turn on our heater in the room without everyone coughing. Tried to tell the front desk and the lady did nothing.
Disliked: After I asked for a general manager the front desk said they didnt have one and gave me an email and I havent received any word back.

Liked: It was close to shopping
Disliked: There was mild in the bathroom and on the currains

Liked: The breakfast was good. Great selection.
Disliked: It was advertised that there was a hot tub. No hot tub on site. Very disappointed because that was part of the reason we chose the location. We had very busy schedules leading up to our stay and we were extremely disappointed that there was no hot tub.
