Great hotel - convenient location

Liked: Convenient stopping off point in Phoenix on the way to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything

Liked: Nice room, comfortable beds
Disliked: When I checked in I asked about extending my stay an additional day. The clerk said it could be done the last day of my stay. When I attempted to extend I was told no rooms were available. Breakfast was below average

Liked: Pool was nice and warm.
Disliked: Rude owner. Just asked if we could check in early. Was telling us when check in was before my husband got to the desk. Even asked if we could pay extra to check in early. I did ask if we could use the pool until check in and he said we could sit beside it but not use it. Tried to tell me my card did not work and it had worked there the week before and 2 hours before in Flagstaff for a whole lot more. I was in tears. But, that was ok. I got a much nicer room that was closer to the airport for half the price. Thank god booking.com cancelled my reservation. Had stayed here a week before. I suppose a woman can not ask a question here. When, we were there the 1st time manager told us not to get water on floor from pool. How was that possible.
