NEVER AGAIN - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....

Liked: Used to be my favorite spot
Disliked: The hot tub was cold and very dirty, dirty floor and walls of the hot tub were discolored from filth. We paid for an upgraded 2-room suite. only to get a single bedroom. no discount or refund was given. The hotel was under construction so the room shook constantly along with noise. The room was not clean and the bed had someone's hair all over it when we entered the room. Staff was more preoccupied with the construction and felt non caring about customers. Between the hot tub (FREEZING COLD) and the filth, by midnight, my wife and I were throwing up for some reason. Their coffee tasted bad and very off-taste. Not sure what made us both sick. we think the hot tub must have made us sick. When we checked out, they didn't ask anything and didn't even say goodbye or have a nice day. I said here are the room keys, and they were like.... YEP. Staff refused to do anything about the hot tub and it still was filthy when we left. A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL NEVER AGAIN SPEND OUR HARD-EARNED MONEY IN THAT FILTHY HOTEL.

Liked: It was perfect for bumming around Traverse City . The hotel was fantastic and inexpensive with great service. Major kudos to Steve who ran breakfast and kept the facilities in pristine condition.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to report

Liked: Employees was amazing. We went up for a wrestling tournament. They allowed us to use the breakfast room to play cards and eat dinner. The hotel was very nice our group was rowdy drinking and having a good time and they never said a thing other than have fun.

Liked: Room was great and loved the 24hr pool and the arcade games!
Disliked: Pool and hot tub looked like it needs cleaned up a bit.

Disliked: The fact at check in they were told to charge a different card and was even handed a different card and still charged the one that held the reservation.. not happy.. the bed was very uncomfortable.

Liked: The room was right on the parking lot and it was being remodeled and you could hear all the parking lot traffic . The walls were paper thin and the neighbors keep us up till 3am . Room was clean , hot tub was clean .
Disliked: The privacy of the room between the parking lot traffic and the hearing the neighbors talking through the wall till 3 am it was a nice stay . Was suppose to a relaxing 2 night stay but was anything but .
