Enjoyed the room, and it...

Liked: It was a very comfortable room. Everything was very clean and the water was nice any hot and strong. Bed is comfortable.
Disliked: We had a problem with the TV as it was set to Spanish. It was difficult to change - we gave up and went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. Took a trip to the front desk to ask for assistance and the very nice desk clerk came to help. She had a difficult time as well. She was the only person at the desk, and couldn’t spend long. She finally got it switched to English for us, but several of the main channels that we would watch had no sound. We never got that fixed and I was very annoying. But, we were out a lot - so we made do. There was also no usb outlet and I did not have a usb connector. The desk person tried to call us to let me know she had one I could borrow- but no phone in room connected to desk.She kindly ran it up. These were annoying- but not a deal breaker.
