Liked: Front desk lady was nice.
Disliked: The room was very dirty, the beds was not the size they was suppose to be . The bathroom had a big crack in the shower wall. There was hair all over the beds. The pool was nasty as well.

30th Birthday Ruined

Liked: We booked this hotel because we have stayed here twice before. The only thing we liked about this stay was that it was in a convenient location.
Disliked: When we arrived we were informed that the hot tub was broken (the main reason we booked here). We were there to celebrate my 30th birthday after our Eclipse plans fell through. We were expecting to be able to stay on the premises to drink in their bar, but were then informed it was closed....strike 2. When we walked into our room the smell was so bad we had to go purchase a wax warmer and wax melts to try to cover the smell. The final straw was another guest was given key access to our room! We had just gotten back from WalMart when a random man walked right in, thank God I was decent. When we informed the front desk of these issues, it seemed like they did not care. No compensation and nothing else was offered for any of the inconveniences. We won't be staying here again for quite a while.

Disliked: Bedding was dirty. Sent dirty ones into housekeeping and they only sent 1 back. 2nd night I slept under a sheet. Called front desk and didn’t get an answer.

It served its purpose but...

Liked: The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. They went out of their way in fact. The bed was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: However, the owner as less accommodating. We needed to alter our reservation and the owner did not lift a finger to help. They never even called us back after leaving several messages and explaining our situation. As a host of an Airbnb, I would never leave a potential client hanging and I have never encountered that with any other hotel stay so that was a disappointment. I would say that I would not stay there again because of that
