Disappointed

Liked: The maybe one thing I did enjoy was the breakfast
Disliked: Water in room 502 runs extremely extremely slow, the curtain was hanging half down, couldn’t get the room dark because the curtain hung down. The beds mattress had our bodies hurting so bad we were stiff. The mattress has no support of cushion, feels as if it’s been there since the day the hotel was built. The headboard to the bed has a slant to it. I wanted to get in the pool the night I arrived, only to find the “inside” pool was freezing cold. Spoiled my excitement to relax at the pool before bed. Overall, I must say it’s the worse hotel experience I’ve had. After traveling to rest and relax; was an epic fail.

Liked: The friendly staff, especially Theresa, Dana and Dolly. The shower was nice and hot and had great pressure. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: The carpet in the room appeared filthy. My one year old grandson picked up a jelly bean off the carpet and put it in his mouth! We did not have jelly beans in our room so it was from someone else or could have come out of another child’s mouth! The refrigerator was not cold and had about 4 inches of ice on the inside…..the toilet paper was the thinnest I’ve ever seen in my life, causing you to have to use three times as much as you would if it was a more decent quality. Not much light in the main area lamps needed by the sitting area of the couch.. only one lamp on desk. the coffee maker was missing a part therefore we couldn’t make coffee. There were no coat hangers in the room. The bathroom was old and dingy although the tub and sink were clean. Rust around the bathroom door.

Disliked: Rooms are not properly cared for. The curtains were not attached. Maintenance work on the bathroom was poorly done. The heat/air did not work well. I stayed here a few years ago and they were under new management. I had expected an overhaul of the property. The entrance had been redone and looked great when I asked if the rooms had been updated she said not yet!

Disliked: The bathroom sink didn’t drain. No blackout curtains to block the parking lot lights. At check-in, front desk staff person was VERY unhelpful and far from welcoming! There was trash - including an abandoned grocery cart - all over the small green spaces.
