Disliked: Parking was kind of tight. Pool and spa was broke

Simply terrible and will not...

Disliked: "Heated" pool was NOT heated. Ice cold. Floor around pool was dirty and extremely unsafe. My son fell just walking in the room. Not well maintained. Didn't even have most of the lights on. Bottum of pool was sharp, like walking on rocks. Beds were uncomfortable. Room and hallway smelled like weed. Breakfast was not kept up with, continuedto run out of food. One staff member put a 3 year old alone on an elevator and no one called the police until my wife and I started asking questions.

Liked: It was not bad lots of options to choose from
Disliked: Did not like that we booked the motel for the simple reason of it having a indoor pool which is what my daughter wanted mostly since it was her birthday. She was all excited along with the other 3 kids that was with us but at check in when we asked what time the pool closes the lady was hesitating to tell me that it was out of order we can not use it. We went to pool area to look at it and the room had alot of toilets and other stuff sitting all around it they ways using it for storage. It was full of water looked plenty useable if they would just put all the stuff stored in there elsewhere. That should of been posted on website so we could of booked room elsewhere. Kids had nothing to do at motel for the afternoon and evening. Front desk didn’t even offer a discount or anything. I even told the lady that was the main reason we booked the room there along with the fact my husbands company and crew always stay there when they have jobs in the area. They highly recommended that motel.

No pool

Disliked: On arrival, the receptionist made it aware that their pool and hot tub were shut down indefinitely. The sole purpose of our trip was for the beginning of spring break to have 5 grandkids be able to have use of the indoor pool. She didn't want to cancel the reservation and wanted to keep my money, so I had to call booking.com, who handled it for me. It was canceled because they did not have what their site said they did, and I was able to get refunded.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean. Nice room. Good breakfast.

Bad

Disliked: Staff wasn't very friendly. Requested a room on the top floor and was put on the first floor. Floors left the bottoms of your feet black if you walked around without shoes. Pool wasn't open and there was zero communication about that prior to check in. Not enough outlets in the room and the ones they did have would short out while in use.
