Liked: I visited a couple of times...so I got to no the staff if I need an early check it's granted
Disliked: The desk clerk is aware that I have to wait in my car while my husband works a job before returning to Dallas on a one day trip and gives me early check-in

Liked: Loved that there are cameras watching the parking lot.
Disliked: The breakfast was limited to bagels,cereal/oatmeal,& muffins.

Liked: Everything was great. The only downside was the pillows were a little flat.

Liked: How friendly everyone is here it was overall great
Disliked: The only thing that didn't satisfy us was how the shower pressure wasn't there it took a long time to just take a shower with now water pressure otherwise it's been great we will come back

Up to date and clean!

Liked: Even though it was close to a.major highway, it was relatively quiet and clean.
Disliked: The location being on a one way street with major construction made it a little harder to get to and from Randolph AFB.

Liked: Every thing was great the only complaint I'd have was that something spilt by the elevator and into the elevator and it wasn't cleaned was still sticky and dirty the next morning Every thing else was clean and in order friendly staff bagel bar was nice and fresh and clean as well Grounds and rooms clean
