My stay was below average.
Disliked: I arrived and both beds were dirty, one full of hair under the sheets and the other one full of bread crumbs and what looked like a booger. The manager’s response was, “we’re sorry it’s spring break” as if that was an excuse. It took me SEVENTEEN swipes using my card just to get in the door. Manager reset the card for me and it still didn’t work. There was two women I wish I got their names the whole stay that were friendly walking in and out. Everyone else acted as if they saw a ghost or something cause the look and lack of interest when I needed something was beyond me. The beds were comfortable. Couldn’t swim because the pool was filthy. They were undergoing construction on the first floor which was fine the workers were courteous . Hotel has potential but this stay for us was ridiculous.

Skip, You’ll find better
Liked: It had a nice look to it. It was recently ‘renovated’
Disliked: Several things that were a bummer to this hotel. For starters, only one elevator worked. Several pieces of scraps laying around from renovation looked messy. There was a very long line and we all had to wait our turn. Upon arrival in the room it looked nice until we started to set up. There are no usb or standard wall outlets to charge devices by the bed. Only outlets by the sofa and mirror across the room. There was also no clock. No small body cloths were provided. The sofa bed looked nice and new so that’s good. The king bed was horrible, very hard and flimsy pillows. Woke up with my back hurting. The ac didn’t cool very well kept waking up to lower the temp and at 62 degrees still was very clammy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very selected and seemed like the employees didn’t want to bring out more food even though the place was packed with guests. We snagged what we could. Cereal. I personally wouldn’t stay again, especially for the price. Wasn’t worth it.

Don’t stay here. Find some...
Liked: NA
Disliked: The facility is under major re construction and it was not well kept job site. Staff was not the most polite. Preferred to not answer my questions and just sigh when I asked for something. The elevator doors barely opened and had to be pushed to open fully.

Not Ready For Guests
Liked: The woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She helped us as much as she could with her limited availability. We were able to get extra pillows and blankets quickly and there were drink machines on multiple floors. They also had a snack store at the front desk.
Disliked: To start, when we arrived and checked in very late in the evening, we walked into a room that still had not been cleaned. The bed was a mess and there was trash overflowing in the bin. We noted when we would be arriving, so I'm not sure why this happened. Traveling with a toddler and a dog, we requested ground level at booking. The building was under construction throughout our weekend stay which was an issue for several reasons. There were no other rooms fitting our needs on the first floor as previously requested. Breakfast was moved to one of the event rooms and was less than basic, machines were broken and options were limited. There was only one small trash bin in the entire room and no dressers or drawers to put our clothes in, just cheap looking cubby style place holders. The side door entrance's card reader to get into the building didn't work.
