Excellent would stay there again!

Liked: Clean room and hotel. Great breakfast, pool and hot tub. Nice little mini store at the front desk. Friendly staff. I felt safe!
Disliked: None.

Overall, it was a good...

Liked: I like that it had big room that can fit my family (capital suite). I like that there was a pool there, but we didn’t have a chance to use it.

Liked: I liked the flexibility during my check in & check out. I could do early check in. Receptionist was very kind who allowed me to do check out an hour later due to my departure flight timing.

Great Stay close to Old...

Liked: Haven't slept this well since we arrived in the USA a week ago. Rooms are incredible spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average but enough to choose from.
Disliked: The change over from bath to shower made a huge noise that could not be fixed by fiddling even. They will have to check with maintenance to sort that out though

Disliked: Room was facing street. Lots of noise

Liked: The room was nice, shower water pressure could have been better and there was no cold water in the bathroom faucet, those two things were a bummer but what made it worse was Ash at the front desk. She was unfriendly when we checked in & when we checked out and my husband mentioned it to Ash so that the next person didn’t have to deal with no cold water in the bathroom faucet instead of saying thank you for letting me know, we will have someone take a look at it, she acted like we were lying because “nobody else mentioned it” and was basically arguing about it with my husband. She needs to be trained on what good customer service is and how to greet people with a smile so they will come back or she needs to find a job where she doesn’t work with the public.
