Very comfortable beds in clean...

Liked: Very conveniently located. Front desk at night was operated by security guards.
Disliked: It needed those security guards. Fentanyl problem in the neighborhood. Came across someone seriously drugged when we re-entered the parking lot at night.

Clean and comfortable but ice...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was excellent!
Disliked: My only gripe would be the ice cold indoor pool. Location is a little iffy but otherwise a nice place

It was ok if rates...

Liked: The room was comfortable breakfast was ok
Disliked: Front desk agent the man didn't seem to know what he was doing he had to get help which held up my day a lil late to important meeting

Pleasant

Liked: This location was perfect, right off the beltway accessible to everything very near to downtown and again right off the beltway although it should have more signs that the interest is through the back or that the parking is it through the back. I like the fact that it’s really close to a really nice monumental art and it’s got a restaurant or bar right around the back corner and a brewery right around the corner so that’s pretty pretty amazing stuff however, there is to the left of the hotel, a very scary neighborhood That I would recommend to completely stay out.
Disliked: I arrived about two hours early and went directly to the receptionist to ask if I could do an early check-in, due to the fact that the hotel was booked and they had a few conferences going on. She told me to come back in a few hours, and she said that by then I would definitely have my room set up and ready. I showed up two hours later to get into my room and get everything situated and the reception it was was not ready. The room was not ready, she basically was telling me to wait around because they might’ve not not had rooms and finally decided to upgrade me to a room that was really close to the entrance where it was very loud. The pool I was completely disgusted by. I have never seen anything so dirty it was filled with filth, the water was muggy and disgusting. Around the corner as I mentioned prior to another comment that I made the area is very unsafe and dangerous and for the area that it’s in I understand why they charge for parking but parking should be included with the hotel. I would recommend this place only if you’re on a budget and if you don’t mind noise and if you’re staying for no more than a night.

Liked: clean
Disliked: no shuttle-we have stayed multiple times and theres always shuttle service-this is the reason we choose to stay at this hotel because the shuttle service to and from concert venue. There should have been something saying they no loner offer shuttle service. Also the grass/weeds around the parking lot are about 4 feet high.

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: Location is perfect for going to the games, and walking to shops and places to eat. Friendly staff. Easy to get to. Ample parking.
Disliked: The only things I can think of, is the hot water for showers could be hotter. Not a lot on TV, but that's ok.

Very fitting for our needs

Liked: Everyone was extremely pleasant to talk to . The added touch for breakfast was more than I expected . Will definitely be back .
Disliked: I didn’t have any complaints

Disappointed for the price

Liked: The receptionists were great folk; very pleasant, helpful, quick, and calm.A small fridge and a microwave- pleasant surprises.
Disliked: This review is subjective to the price I paid - over $600 for 2 nights.The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work.The bathroom clothes hanger was not screwed in - so couldn’t hang anything to it.Room was quite gloomy; it can be made much brighter.
