Disliked: Smell wasn't the best. Holes in the walls plugged with toilet paper . Toilet seat cover old and loose. Paper holder broken and loose. Breakfast was a joke , they took $100 security deposit, I'll update if they give it back. definitely not coming back.

Liked: The breakfast was fine and met my morning needs. The entire Staff led by Manger Mia was nice and helpful and met all my requested needs in a timely manner. I look forward to my next stay with these fine folks.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I disliked about this Comfort Inn.

Liked: The breakfast and location was good
Disliked: The first room they gave us was dirty. The second room had no towels and the second floor ice machine was broken . I was not satisfied with the cost of the room and incovienance with no help from staff .

Liked: Nothing very bad experience with management again let I slide first time but now it's very disrespectful to me. I didn't even complain about room not being up to par for the price. I was just sleeping an showering was gone most of daySo left it alone not trying to be a complainer.. These are thanks I get. Well no thanks! I will put this out there for media to see. Comfort inn is not what it says it is beware they may accuse you of something you didn't do, like smoking Marijuana in room. Or something else or they'll wanna charge for service animal. And end up keeping your $100 deposit! Beware!!!!@@
Disliked: Management! It's there way or hyw. Kept my deposit acussing me of smoking Marijuana in room. Which I did not! Police came out just to criminally trespass me. Also this was second time that same manager hassle me about service dog. An she refuse to give me a corporate or a supervisor phone #. Was very unpleased with management no respect for customers told me I was nobody to have to give me any info on anything. Mia Munioz I believe was her name an she didn't wanna give me that either. Worst experience ever in my life. I will never use comfort inn again .liars not pet friendly.. plus I'm disabled. I messaged all this info 1 day before arriving.
