Exceptional

It was good but not...

Liked: Quiet and peaceful. The pool and jacuzzi aren’t crowded so I get to enjoy it. The foh people greeted you every time I leave or come back in. I loved that floors are not carpet so there’s no certain smell
Disliked: Small tv. There’s a bunch of cracks on the walls or the floor baseboards. I could tell building is old but from the outside it looks clean and new but inside rooms definitely needs more fixing. Paint on the bathroom door was so bad there’s patches not enough soap. Breakfast was pretty much the same items for most of the time.

Liked: It was very good; we paid a low price, the booking process was smooth, and the place was very nice, the service, parking, breakfast and room were good.
Disliked: Was good

Liked: Helpful staff, good breakfast. Issues solved satisfactory.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms for our last night, noisy upstairs neighbors were impossible to ignore, even after complaints to staff, and them calling them to keep the noise down they were ignored. We had to switch rooms at the end, which was not fun, although it resolved the issue.

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed making the waffles and I had plenty of time to go downstairs and enjoy myself.
Disliked: The bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper, so I used a towel to cover so nothing would fall through.
