Liked: The location was surprising being down a long hill and being somewhat tucked away from site but it was fine. Everything was clean, well presented. The manager on duty at check in (around 5 pm) was very friendly and helpful including suggestions on dining out. The hotel served it's purpose.
Disliked: I didn't understand I'd booked a handicapped room. Truly didn't like it for showering. Everything was fine until bedtime. The walls must be so thin between floors we heard every single step back and forth from the people staying in the room above us. By the time this was apparent it was bedtime and we were completely unpacked and settled in. My husband and I both felt it was very disruptive.

Liked: The location was great distance from the Baseball Hall of Fame
Disliked: The staff, especially the morning manager. The manager was very rigid and not friendly. I did not feel welcomed .

Not great but tolerable for...

Liked: The staff was really nice after a hiccup with our booking. The location was great for a quick visit to the Hall of Fame as it was jus a quick drive into town.
Disliked: The room was fairly clean but the bedding was clearly re-used. Breakfast hadn't been refilled when we came down in the morning and had to wait about 20 minutes for the hot trays to be refilled, more waffle batter, etc. Not the biggest deal, but also not the way you want to start the morning with kids.

Liked: Location is just a couple miles south of town. Breakfast was good. Cable TV had a large number of channels. We had a nice rural view from our window.
Disliked: The entrance to the hotel is a bit steep and tricky, especially if arriving after dark. Coffee in the breakfast room is not the greatest.

Liked: Breakfast offerings were great.
Disliked: Very noisy building (mechanically) and we had noisy neighbors all hours of the night. This was a problem for other guests & staff was very familiar with that corridor (they seemed to be long term?) we were moved to another corridor for 2nd night after we asked to check out early, but could not without $loss & past midnight there were very animated male conversations booming thru the hallway! We did not complain. $100 hold on cc (debit) for days was not ideal while on the road, wish that was explained better at check-in, I’d have not provided that card if I knew of the $100 hold.
