Liked: I was looking forward to breakfast as I couldn’t wait to have the biscuits and gravy and eggs I had last time. Sadly, I didn’t have time this trip. I love the location as I woman traveling alone, I like how it is tucked way back behind the Honda dealership. It feels safe even when I am coming in late at night.
Disliked: My room was not as clean as it should have been the desk and coffee table needed to be wiped down, which I did. There were stains from the previous guests where they had placed their food and coffee. The couch cushions were stained and dirty looking. I placed a sheet over it to use it.

Liked: Good location, comfortable beds
Disliked: Cold pool, ants on breakfast counter, and when I spoke with original front desk representative on Friday, May 2, at 12:30 pm, I asked if the confirmation for early arrival, for 1 pm, was in her system (I showed her the confirmation from booking.com that indicated early arrival request was confirmed) she replied that no it wasn’t showing in the system, but for $50 more, I could get the room)She was rude and unhelpful. She stated that there was nothing she could do about the charge and said I don’t know who confirmed early arrival, but it wasn’t them. I told her I was not going to agree to additional $50 and we would have to go to our appointment without checking in until after 3. It was apparent She didn’t care.
