Comfort Inn & Suites Lynchburg

If I could tell anyone about my stay it would have to be complete from beginning to end - the breakfast bar, the people at the front desk and yes, the room. I was eating breakfast and Connie came over to talk and we had a wonderful conversation as if she knew me all my life. Those people really care and go above and beyond to make your stay the best. Thanks.

Liked: The room was awesome; the bed was better than any I have stayed at but the best was the people - everyone made me feel like I was the only one there; great job.
Disliked: Can't think of a thing!

Liked: We did not eat breakfast just had coffee, which seemed decent. :-) Many hotels their coffee is horrible. I will say we had someone walking very heavily all night long above us, so not much sleep for 2nights, uhg. :/ But overall room was nice, bed comfortable, bedding comfy, decent lighting, carpet seemed clean. Good location for our needs. It was nice, I'd stay again. :-) Staff was very nice, helpful! :-)
Disliked: Lighting in bathroom could be brighter, hard to do make up in dim lighting. Ladies always want that. :-)

Disliked: I need a side table on each side of the bed and the side by the bathroom wall is too narrow to do the ironing board trick.

Liked: The location was great, and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was okay, nothing great, but acceptable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. There was not a lot of variety of hot items. It was okay, though.

Disliked: The shower wand could not be raised higher than my belly button because guests broke it: the “lock/unlock” is not intuitive. The bath drain is stripped and cannot be used for showering (without leaving a hole in the floor of the shower because you have have to keep the plug out.)
