Liked: The customer service was OK. The gentleman at the desk was helpful.
Disliked: The room assigned to me was not ready. It was dirty and there was items left behind. The comforter was stain and the bed was full of hair.

Disliked: When using the toilet, the toilet paper was far away and the child could not reach it.

Exceeded expectations

Liked: We booked our room then read the reviews and I’m so glad I was honestly scared what I was walking into from the reviews. But when we arrived it was way better than we expected. Rooms are clean staff was very friendly
Disliked: Having flavored creamer for coffee for that reason we didn’t eat breakfast we went else where

Liked: I've been calling you guys for a month I called you when I was there last month and checked in had to pay again, some customer service I received from you guys that's not right. I don't know what went wrong somehow we got the wrong dates I was supposed to be the , February 21st not March 21st you owe me a refund
Disliked: Well I didn't like it your customer service booking.com you never called me back I emailed I gave you the tracking number I gave you everything guys didn't care
