10/10 recommend. Would stay again

Liked: My stay here was pleasant. We were here for the weekend with the family. Location was good, close to a few restaurants & stores. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Rooms were clean & nice. I dont have any complaints. If i were to come back to Jacksonville, i'd stay here again. I would definitely recommend

We had FUN!

Liked: We love the laid back feel! The activities are great! Shout out to the Fun Team! A big shout out to Brian! He does a great job with water aerobics.
Disliked: Studio apartments are looking a little tired. Speeding throughout the resort. Handicap parking. The pool decks could be cleaner.

Quick stop-ok place

Liked: Close to interstate. Clean. Great breakfast.
Disliked: The queen sized beds are more like full size at best.

This management really cares about...

Liked: The breakfast was great, the gal taking care of the breakfast, sorry I don't have her name spelled correctly - Chario? from the Phillipines - was sweet, kind, social, nice, and memorable. We felt like friends before the breakfast was over. (she has a beautiful singing voice that I over heard as she refilled some chafing dishes)
Disliked: No towel racks for wet towels after people bathe. An easy fix? Hope so.
