Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel Smyrna

Overall, good stay. We only stayed 2 nights, so our only issue was a slight inconvenience. The sheets were clean, the AC was cold and the black out curtains did their thing.

Liked: Super close and convenient to the venue.
Disliked: Only down side was we made absolutely certain to remove our do not disturb sign. When we got back to the hotel from the concert, we found that instead of cleaning our room, they just put the do no disturb sign back on the hall side of the door and left it.

Liked: The area, that is it.
Disliked: Almost everything, our room smelled weird, it wasn’t clean enough, staff gave us the room 1 hour late, arguing it was 4th of July and they were short of staff. Everything is a mess and dirty. Never will be back there.

Liked: Had some trouble with the shower and hot water, but the evening staff was very helpful.Staff were very helpful
Disliked: It all worked out.

Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Everything! Close to Target, Chick fil A, Waffle House and other food options walkable. Twenty minute walk to the ballpark. Solid breakfast.
Disliked: The windows curtains don’t extend all the way, the lights of the parking lot were bright.

Broken down hotel barely staying...

Liked: Location
Disliked: AC was broken. Room was hot all night. Couldn’t sleep. Water was leaking from the ceiling. Elevator inspection expired in 2023. Bathroom was not clean. Furniture was wore out. Refrigerator would not get cold. Curtains were broken. Stains on mattress. Hotel and room smelled like skunk. People constantly being loud in the halls. Several people complaining about their rooms. Breakfast was a joke.
