Comfort Inn & Suites High Point - Archdale

The front desk clerk was very friendly (as well as other staff) and had given us great advice for a local food spot. I would give a higher rating but I booked a king suite to be able to lounge between activities but the couch and chair were pretty stained and we opted not to sit on them.

Liked: Friendly. Comfy bed. Very convenient location. Free breakfast. Cable.

Pleasant

Liked: It was convenient to High Point University. It was comfortable. The front desk staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The pool was not available. There was no water in the pool. The window in my room was broken. The elevator was making noises when stopping on each floor.

Disliked: Very dirty looking and pool was closed

Liked: Close to where my family is
Disliked: Floor wasn’t cleaned and had very bad bleach smell

Liked: I have been requesting them to release my refund via email from booking.com both companies are hold my refund and will not release it back to me booking.com has sent a email to comfort but no response to email for refund this is Robbery and I don’t know what to do to get my refund
Disliked: They are holding my refund from booking.com
