Liked: It was near our destination
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and so squeaky, every time you moved it would wake us up. Our shower drain was so clogged we couldn't all shower back to back (they did come fix it when asked but that shouldn't have been a problem to begin with)The staff was in and out and not always there to help. The carbon monoxide detector batteries were low and beeping so they had to take it out of our room but didn't replace it.Housekeeping only gave us new towels, did not vacuum or clean anything.It smelled like weed multiple times during our stayThe walls are extremely thin.We had to fix the TV hookups ourselves to get it to work

Liked: Location. Close to Hershey Park.
Disliked: Pool was out of order during our stay with temperatures in the high 80s. Staff said the pump broke, but did not seem like it happened recently.Garbage cans in lobby & parking lot overflowing while staff sat on their phones.Lobby & hallways not air conditioned.Shower draining extremely slow.

Disliked: Gave away a member in our parties room, staff seemed like they didn’t understand what they could do and not do, pool was closed

Disliked: I don't like the room , so mess and dirty, even has bloody on the wall , and barthroom was so dirty all around the wall and stains

Disliked: Pool disgusting, lobby dated, room the shower didn’t drain, fan in bathroom super loud and air conditioning unit coming out of wall. Wall’s very thin could hear people next to us talking

Would not stay until hotel...

Disliked: When we got to our room, there were stains on the beds, pillows, and headboards. We asked for a new room, and unfortunately walked in to the same situation there. My husband went down and spoke with the staff who was very kind (which I want to be clear about) and we did get our money back, but did not stay at this hotel.

They didn't know the rooms...
