Comfortable, beautiful, clean and delicious...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious

Liked: Very nice and very close to Hershey park and other activities
Disliked: The pool was supposed to be heated but it was cold

Somewhere to sleep

Liked: The hotel's proximity to Hershey Park is great, it took about 15 minutes to drive to the park each day. There was free breakfast which was awesome with little children.
Disliked: On the weekend days, most of the time at breakfast was spent waiting for them to bring out more food little by little while everything was empty. Also, the trash would be overflowing and nobody was checking on it so my mother was compelled to remove the bag from the can so people could fit additional trash into the bag. The pool was closed and looked like a scene from a horror film it was so disgusting and clearly has not been in service for quite some time. We had an issue where we needed the bedding to be replaced on one of our beds. I made the front desk aware of the situation while we were at breakfast that morning and let them know we'd be heading to the park for the day, so there would be no rush. I placed the soiled bedding outside our door and it was picked up prior to us even leaving for the day. When we returned, the bed was still stripped so I went down to ask for sheets and blankets and I was handed a couple sheets and told they didn't have any blankets at the moment they were in the housekeeping area. After some time, another member of our party went to ask and was again handed sheets and told there wasn't a blanket available. I went down to the desk AGAIN to request a blanket be taken from an empty room or if we could have a different sized blanket because we have a toddler and preschooler who need a blanket. I was told it wasn't laundry day and there weren't any available. Additionally, I had prepaid for the hotel prior to arriving yet the property continually tried to charge my card for the full amount so many times that my credit card flagged it for fraud.

Decent Hotel

Liked: Decent hotel. Could be a little cleaner, especially around check in location, very messy!
Disliked: Issue with TV remote. Had to go to office twice to resolve.

After getting there and not...

Disliked: Check in is at 3 PM. We got there at 10 PM and our room still was not ready. They gave us a different room. It was 90° outside and the air conditioner didn’t work. So we tried for room three and that room was decent enough to stay in.

Very poor

Liked: Location very convenient to where we were visiting.
Disliked: Had to move rooms 3 times, with once being at 3:30 am. Staff was very hard to locate and sometimes none at all. Trash was in the hallway and smelled very intense. Towels had questionable brown stains and comforter had a huge pink stain. Beds were okay but I don't think I would stay again.

Disliked: The room that I reserved was not the one I was given, the staff was rude and racist. When we asked for sheets for a pullout bed they were delivered wet if ownership ever reads this the people below you are not deserving of the job titles they hold.
