Liked: The location was very convenient.
Disliked: When I need to check out around 4am, no one was at the desk. Apparently she had to run people to the airport. She was kind and apologetic.

Liked: Just getting around the hotel , always plenty of hot coffee, so comfortable, the room was perfect, very pleasant staff there, always had answers to my questions, breakfast really good , cleanliness was spot on!
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like😊

Liked: Close to our destination
Disliked: No shower for 2 nights. We reported the problem immediately and were told it would be fixed. It did not get fixed. We were unable to shower for 2 days. We were told we could take a bath!! My husband is disabled and could never take a bath and I prefer not bathing in a hotel. We were offered $25 per night refund which is a slap in the face. She then reluctantly gave us $50 per night. Again I think not showering for 2 days is worth more than 100

Liked: Young lady working breakfast was outstanding. Snacks in vending machine were old. Furniture needs to be replaced. There was a mouse trap by snack machine which was visible. Guy working front desk 7:00-3:00pm shift was not friendly. Perhaps I was expecting too much
Disliked: Young man Tyazy at front desk who picked me up from airport did not get out of shuttle to assist me with luggage and.I’m 80 years old. Did not assist me when we arrived at hotel.
