Liked: It was convenient and we had stayed there before. Breakfast was good and the area was kept up nice. The room was nice and nothing missing, etc.
Disliked: I think $275 per night is too pricey. There was a large group staying there (college aged track and field teams and they were quiet and respectful) but they had just one person on the desk to take care of all needs that came up - cleaning up, checking in guest, replenishing plates and refilling ice water dispenser - just in the short time I was in the lobby to check in. She did great but could have used an extra pair of hands.In the morning at 9:30 my husband and I had packed up and left our room, but had not officially checked out. We were at breakfast and I was going to go back to the room to use the bathroom but housekeeping had already gone in just 10 minutes after we left the room. How did they know we had taken everything from the room yet?? So I went to use the ladies room near the lobby and the toilet paper was out. No time to wait for someone to come and replace it and I can’t go back upstairs to my room, so I managed….. Annoying but not the end of the world.And the morning desk attendant was only pleasant at best and didn’t ask about the stay or thank us for staying when I checked out. Just a “you’re all set”.

Disliked: The hallway smelled bad, no one cleaned our room, not enough shampoo/conditioner for 3 people. Tv was not a smart tv limited offerings. Bed was not very comfortable

Liked: Excellent front staff and manager. I would give 10/10
Disliked: The bathrooms were horrible, no exhaust fan. after someone use it, it was smelling all over, water was getting on the floor whenever we used bathroom
