Won't be back

Liked: I didn't eat breakfast, but I took some coffee which had a burnt taste to it.
Disliked: The coffee machine in my room didn't work and when I mentioned it to the front desk, there wasn't as much as an apology.

Best hotel in the area....

Liked: This is a lovely hotel. It exceeded what my expectations, having just stayed in another hotel that was poor quality, I was pleasantly surprised. Nice breakfast, very clean, set up lovely.
Disliked: My only complaint would be our cards kept not working and when asked to be let into the pool the staff seemed annoyed with us.
