Family had a wonderful time...

Liked: The main areas, lobby, pool and breakfast areas were clean and well kept. Great pool and hot tub. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Loved the lemonade and flavored water available in the lobby.
Disliked: Breakfast was difficult to maneuver because the actual space is limited. We took the stairs because the only elevated was usually busy and they needed daily vacuuming.

Liked: Convenient location to where we were going. The hotel was clean, no problems and very good breakfast!
Disliked: I prefer bigger pillows than what was available in the room.

Liked: The pool stayed open late for the kids
Disliked: I reserved a 2 room suite and got a small 1 room suite that I way over payed for. The bathroom had no privacy! It was a sliding door that didn't seal or have a handle or lock you could push it and it would rock outwards. I was very disappointed that they did not give me the room I reserved especially for the price I paid. We have stayed here for years when we visit springfield but We won't stay there again.

Liked: Weekend breakfast was not served until 7. We were unable to eat due to the late open.
Disliked: The room had only veils, no real curtains. The parking lot light shone directly onto one of the 2 beds.
