Comfort Inn Southwest Fwy at Westpark

Worst and very bed experience.

Liked: Very bed bf. Nothing for Vegetarian people except bread and muffins. Chair broken, coffee maker not working, washbasin choked, TV not working, Bulb not working, Every night they change my room. Booking.com cheated me by charging heigh.
Disliked: Nothing

I would not recommend this...

Overall, it was a good...

Liked: Convenient location, front desk staff was very helpful, basic good breakfast.
Disliked: Non smoking room smelled like smoke still. At random times of the day loitering outside from non hotel guest.

Definitely not what I expected...

Liked: Was not impressed with anything during my stay.
Disliked: The service was horrible. My stay was for 1 week, our towels were never replaced. Garbage was never removed from our room even after I requested it several times. Didn't get to enjoy the pool, because water was dirty.
