Disliked: The amount of garbage thrown out on packing lot, was terrible. Only one garbage can outside and guests were to lazy to use.

Liked: The location was in close proximity to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The hotel had a distinct smell of smoke (the illegal kind). During our stay, a group of young men hung out, leaving trash behind in the parking lot, which the staff never came out to clean....the swimming pool was drained and being repainted. The shower area was unkempt with soap scum on fixtures...The uphoster on lobby furniture was unkempt and needed to be steam cleaned or replaced...

The location is good, however,...

Liked: Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but not as good as other places we stayed.
Disliked: They put us in a room right next to the ice machine, which was very noisy & we had to move to a different room.

Liked: Comfort Inn exceeded our expectations! We wanted a clean and quiet place to spend the night in after our drive from North Georgia and this was the perfect place. It's also a pretty short drive to downtown Savannah where we went for our meals. I was a bit hesitant at first because some reviews were negative about cleanliness but honestly the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
