Overall, no complaints. Great customer service, quiet, clean, etc. Only complaint is that the room could be just a bit bigger. I would stay again.

Liked: Bathroom is very large; beds extremely comfortable; room very clean.
Disliked: Room is extremely small, even for just 3 people.

Liked: There was free parking and a free breakfast, mini fridge and microwave in room and close to some stores and restaurants
Disliked: The beds were very hard and uncomfortable

Liked: Breakfast was fine; I liked that there was some fruit I could grab and take with me. Room was dated but clean. It was quiet, which is nice. The pool appeared clean but the space around it was narrow. There were plenty of towels.
Disliked: No work-out room. I drove down to the beach at the end of Santa Monica before dawn, parked at a meter and ran, and used the par course. I also drove down again later for lunch and again parked at a meter, and in the evening for dinner.

Nice stay in Santa Monica

Liked: My room was just renovated , clean, comfy. Other room was older and worn. Loved the free parking. Loved the keurig coffee maker in room. Wish they had creamers pods to go with.
Disliked: Reserved a family suite and was given 2 separate rooms upon arrival. Breakfast room was chaos , people were reaching over my plate like animals. Only ate there once in 4 nite stay.
