Liked: Breakfast with wafle machine, however no vegetables at all
Disliked: No answer from the manager about cancellation of 1 accidentaly incorrectly booked night - manager could at least reply and react in some way. At the arrival I found some hair in the bathtub. Suboptimal sound insulation - window faced busy motorway

Liked: It was close to where we wanted to go & great location for nearby stores.
Disliked: Our fridge was not working & no microwave.

Disliked: Being charged an extra $20 for parking plus a $100 deposit.Old ugly carpet in hallways and rooms Old decor and furnishings badly needs updating. Beautiful on the exterior, ugly on the interior

Disliked: Strong fragrance in front desk. I have several allergies and front office . So strong that I avoided front desk. I believe that it should be considered when having customers that have allergies.

Liked: The price is reasonable. The swimming pool outside the room is beautiful.
Disliked: It's very noisy. It's a main road outside. I can't sleep because of the traffic coming and going. The shower water is relatively small and uncomfortable. The shower place and the toilet don't feel clean. The toilet is very short.

Not family friendly

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Not a family friendly location, rooms need updating and security measures/updates. Carpet had holes, doors needed locks, windows needed locks. Checked out after one night.

Great location, but poor housekeeping...

Liked: Room:The room was okay in terms of size and basic facilities, but unfortunately, it was never cleaned during our stay. Despite asking twice, housekeeping did not come, and we had to leave the full trash bin outside ourselves. That was very disappointing.Breakfast:Breakfast was average—not many options, but enough to start the day. Staff at the breakfast area were polite and helpful.Location:The location was great—very close to Old Town San Diego and easy to access from the freeway.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that our room was never cleaned during our stay, even though we asked twice. The trash bin remained full, and we had to take it out ourselves. This really affected our comfort and overall experience. Also, I was surprised that parking was not included and cost $20 per night.
