Disliked: I could hear the people in the next room talking word for word. Free breakfast wasn’t good, not a lot of options.

Disliked: Very uncomfortable. The walls and doors were not soundproof. Very loud all night. Bathroom was very dated.

Great Receptionist, Room smelled of...

Disliked: I could smell marijuana before I even opened our door to room 139. I have a lung condition and asthma so for a room that was supposed to be SMOKE free it wasn’t very ideal. I found the receptionist doing laundry because they were short staffed I think her name was Shauna and she was LOVELY but they were completely booked and couldn’t move us to another room. Shawna looked so busy that i asked her for cleaner and spray so that I could try to do something with the room. Totally NOT her fault thee were handprints all over the wood headboard and the ice bucket and coffee maker were not cleaned so we didn’t use either. We’ve stayed here several times in previous years but I have to say torn wall paper and a microwave that was discoloured and looked as old as the hills wasn’t very inviting.
