I thoroughly enjoyed my stay...

Liked: I was expecting to almost 'slum it' in London but the hotel was very clean and tidy, excellent facilities and the breakfast room was kept supplied with food and all very clean. Staff were very kind.
Disliked: Nothing to improve.

Liked: it was great location and easy to get everywhere we needed to but it was also quiet
Disliked: you have to take a step up to get into the bathroom and I tripped on several occasions.

Liked: The hotel's location is great, close to many good restaurants and coffee-shops.The stuff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was a basement room, too small and close to the kitchen. So it was a bit noisy.
