Very good

Cramped room but good location

Liked: Good location, easy access to food and shopping and tube and train station. Breakfast was okay provided a few items similar to US version of a continental breakfast. Room was clean.
Disliked: Room and bathroom very small and cramped. especially in bathroom barely could close bathroom door to access tiny vanity and sink. The shower leaked, and the maid opened my windows which was right where people smoked outside so smoke was coming in through the window. The breakfast room was very cramped and coffee machine ran out of coffee and people were stacking dirty dishes next to the meat and raw vegetables which was unsanitary.

Liked: Breakfast was continental, simple but good. Only disappointment was that both the coffee machine and juice machine were out of order. Just as well I like tea!

Not worth the money

Liked: Central location
Disliked: The breakfast was completely rubbish. We ate out after the first day. Only tiny cups in the bedroom, and no milk till the next day. Hairdryer didn’t work.

Liked: Rooms are compact but finished to a high standard. Continental breakfast was included.
Disliked: Our room was very compact. As we were there for only one night, it was quite adequate .

Nice hotel

Liked: Close to main attractions we wanted to see, receptionist kindly checked us in early, nice bathroom decore was very clean. Staff was lovely, always helpful and approachable.
Disliked: Rooms and bathroom are very tiny and hardly any room to move and we had a queen bed. Breakfast could have a bit more variety.

Disliked: Expect a standard double room would be a bit bigger than 5ft across, with a standard double bed, not a small double bed.

Location is the only plus...

Liked: Location. The receptionist saved the day!! She moved us from a room that was essentially a wardrobe.
Disliked: The first room was so so small, my husband outstretched his arms and could touch both walls. The small double bed was pushed against one wall and bottom of the bed had a small dressing shell right at the bottom which would have been dangerous to get up in the middle of the night. Bathroom was tiny too. No space for luggage .Ridiculous.. fortunately the receptionist understood our concerns and moved us to a slightly bigger room. At least we could both get out of bed !! I would not recommend booking the type of room we had booked …Breakfast was Continental at best adequate. Tiny room to eat in !!
