Extremely disappointed

Liked: I tried to cancel because the room was filthy and smelled like Cigarettes, mildew, horrible, carpet absolutely horrible, the nastiest place I have ever stayed in 40 years. Drove 3 hrs to get there and so disappointed,, as soon as we entered the room the smell hit me I knew my sinuses would be terrible so I ask to see about a different room , it was just as bad I wanted my money back and try to find another place to stay but they wouldn’t consider any refund.
Disliked: Cleanliness , smell
