Overall it was good, worth...

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional. The property was very quiet and clean. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable. The hot tub in the pool area was very small (similar to a portable hot tub that you’d have at home). The pool was supposed to be heated but was not. It was chilly.

Liked: Everything was great except the Hot tub had no working jets,so it was just a tub of hit water. Staff said that it was functioning properly. multiple guest complained as well.

Wonderful place to have a...

Liked: The pool was great. That’s why we picked this property. Our granddaughters swam the whole time. They loved it! Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was so nice and friendly.

Safe, well-located, warm.

Liked: Adequate breakfast with little variety from day to day. Did not care for the coffee, but the OJ was good.Primary reason for choosing this hotel was proximity to family I was visiting.
Disliked: Noise from adjacent room (through locked door separating rooms) pretty hard to ignore. Toilet was running; reported to staff first night, not repaired. Booking included a weekend, a holiday, and snow, so not entirely surprising.
