Fair but for this prize...

Liked: The room was clean and well equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, microwave and a big flat screen TV. The staff was pleasant although not overly engaging.
Disliked: The hotel underwent construction so there was a lot of noice and you were confronted with construction workers everywhere in the hotel. The location of the place is fine but it's not a nice area of town and it's quite a long walk/ a drive towards the city centre/ harbour/ any sights. In an otherwise walkable city this was a negative point.

Horrible not worth the price...

Liked: The location was fine.
Disliked: The hotel was in the middle of construction, and we were not a made aware of that ahead of time. Both elevators were disgustingly filthy with construction materials. Everything was dirty. We asked for our room to be cleaned, and it never happened! The men were supposed to stop working at six and they were still banging after 9 PM.

The Comfort Inn was not...

Liked: Nothing, The worst place I have ever stayed in and I am 80 years old!!!!!!
Disliked: The bed linens were dirty, the room was not cleaned properly and the one day they cleaned they did not leave towels, on one day they didn't even empty the waste baskets.

Don’t stay here until remodeling...

Liked: The hotel is under construction and only 2 floors are renovated. It is torn up and a mess everywhere including the elevators.
Disliked: At 9:30 at night construction workers were banging and scraping on our ceiling. I called front desk and night clerk called the manager who authorized workers to stop as guests were trying to sleep.

Liked: I checked in for a 3-night stay, but the renovation conditions are far worse than I was led to believe. While I was informed in advance that the breakfast would be affected, I was not made aware that the entire property would be under such heavy construction, with large amounts of dust, noise, and debris throughout common areas.Due to the discomfort and health concerns (we were experiencing runny nose and itchy eyes due to dust), I’ve decided to check out the next day and stay elsewhere.Furthermore, the laundry facility was closed due to renovation without notification.
Disliked: It’s not worth the price at all.
